Here are five of the best mystery games for tweens and teens. For ages ranging from 10 to 16 years old. Each game is available to download. There are a set number of character roles to play. But these games will work for a large group of children, as there is scope for the other children to take part in the detective activities. Also the culprit doesn’t know whodunnit. So everyone can be involved in the investigation. I’ve also included a game each for an all-girls and an all-boys party.

Theme: Country fair themed kids mystery game.
Age range: 10 to 13 years old.
Number of Roles: 8 roles. 4 girls and 4 boys.
Maximum participants: Up to 24 children.

3. The Terrifying Case of Strange Island

Theme: Young Adventurers. An outdoor detective mystery game for all boys party.
Ages: 10 to 13 year olds.
Number of Players: 9 boys.
Maximum participants: Up to 30 can participate in the mystery-solving.

Plot: A group of Young Adventurers and their two leaders, have been stranded on a desert island. As the Adventurers set up camp for the night, strange incidents and noises occur. With all these unexplained night-time occurrences, the group of Young Adventurers start to fear that this island is not as deserted as they first thought!
